Khalid Mir is a seasoned corporate leader with over 35 years of experience spanning multinational and blue-chip organisations. His last executive role was as Chief Executive Officer of Agritech Limited, a publicly listed company. He has served on the boards of Engro Fertilizers, Engro Eximp, Agrimall Private Limited, the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC), and Karachi Vocational Training Center. K

.halid’s expertise spans three interconnected domains. In agricultural and rural marketing, he brings ground-level insight developed through decades of direct engagement with farmers, arthies, and dealer networks across Pakistan. As Head of HR at Engro, he redesigned appraisal systems, succession planning, and salary administration — sharing these with 100% of management employees — and restructured the marketing organisation for the first time in 40 years. His recent consulting engagements include an HR transformation mandate for a Pakistan-based multinational and a direct-to-farmer marketing channel project for the country’s largest fertilizer company. 

A certified Life Coach and Franklin Covey consultant, Khalid works with individuals and corporate leaders on developing structured “Life Plans”. He is the Founding President of the Caring for Cannots Foundation and serves on the board of Amin Maktab.
